Making a Difference for Students Every Day

You have likely heard me say (because I say it a lot!) that we have the best staff on campus. Our staff are who makes Student Affairs special. Through counseling, supporting, encouraging, and guiding, they strive tirelessly to make a difference for students every single day.

To Student Affairs’ staff, I hope you know how much you are valued and appreciated… and not only by me and our campus partners. Our students express their appreciation for you to me and my colleagues constantly. Our students are what makes UGA special, but you are what makes their experience exceptional.

Thank you for inspiring students to succeed – to engage meaningfully, grow intellectually, and building character. Thank you for all that you do!
