Jack O’Kelley Foundation hosts fentanyl awareness presentation for UGA fraternity members

New fraternity members at the University of Georgia filled the Tate Student Center Auditorium on Monday, Sept. 15, for a drug awareness program presented by the Jack O’Kelley Foundation, an organization dedicated to educating students about the dangers of illegal drugs.

Nearly 500 UGA students volunteer in the Athens community

On Sept. 13, 488 Students volunteered with more than 20 community partner organizations for Dawg Day of Service, the largest day of student community service in Athens.

UGA Fall 2025 engagement fair showcases 400+ student clubs and organizations

Every year, the University of Georgia hosts an engagement fair for students to browse various clubs and organizations. UGA kicked off the first of two nights of its Fall 2025 Engagement Fair on Tuesday Aug. 26. The event runs from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Tate Student Center and continues Thursday, Aug. 28.

UGA Transfer Welcome builds community for new students

On Aug. 11, University Transitions welcomed transfer students to campus with the Transfer Welcome event. Attendees engaged in several activities, including a bingo game, prize drawings, and photo opportunities with Hairy Dawg and President Morehead.
