UGA launches digital accessibility website
The University of Georgia has launched a Digital Accessibility Services Hub (DASH) at dash.uga.edu. The site includes details about UGA’s digital accessibility program, as well as tools and training resources for those needing to comply with new federal guidelines.
The site also offers a way to report a digital accessibility barrier. All members of the university community can report inaccessible digital content on a UGA website, in eLC or for any UGA digital system. Per university policy, reported content must be updated to conform with accessibility standards or must be made available in an alternative format in a timely manner. This responsibility falls to the unit responsible for the creation and maintenance of the relevant content.
