This is the goal of Welcome UGA, a six-week program helping new students transition smoothly while providing resources for both new and returning students to connect to UGA.

From March 2-7, University of Georgia students spent their Spring Break serving with local non-profit partners in Charleston, Asheboro, Charlotte, and Savannah. IMPACT Service Breaks, administered by Engagement, Leadership, and Service, offers students an immersive experience living and volunteering during academic breaks.

Chris King and Dan Triplett have been recognized as among the nation’s top student veterans for their excellence as leaders in their communities. G.I. Jobs Magazine named King and Triplett in their 2024 Student Veteran Leadership Awards.
