In fiscal year 2026, more than 3,500 donors contributed nearly $7.4 million to the Division of Student Affairs, making it a record-breaking year of philanthropic support. Resident assistants, or RAs, are an integral part of making residence halls feel like home for incoming students. Here at the University of Georgia, RAs are selected through a competitive process and serve as peer leaders, mentors, and community builders who play a vital role in supporting students’ academic success and well-being.
