My Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
Favorite Quote: While I have many, I love this one – “For me, I am driven by two main philosophies: know more today about the world than I knew yesterday and lessen the suffering of others. You’d be surprised how far that gets you.” – Neil deGrasse Tyson
What I do for Self-Care: Self-care is a very important part of my life and I engage in several ways. I spend time with friends and family. I bake. I hike with my dog. I meditate and take time to intentionally unwind. I listen to music and can often be found dancing around my house. And I spend time near and/or in water. Growing up near a lake, I find that one of the most restorative things I can do.
