Student Government Outstanding Legislation Award: SGA’s Impact on the UGA Community
The University of Georgia’s Student Government Association was recently recognized at the 2026 SEC Exchange, receiving the Outstanding Legislation Award. The award is presented to a student government association for implementing an outstanding piece of legislation with a positive impact on the campus and surrounding community. Senator Lily Kreindler, Chair of the Senate’s Educational Affairs Committee, primarily drafted and introduced A Resolution Regarding a Midterm Grade Submission Expectation.
