UGA organizations honored at Student Engagement Awards

On Tuesday, March 25, the University of Georgia Engagement, Leadership, and Service department hosted the 24th annual H. Gordon & Francis S. Davis Student Engagement Awards at the Tate Grand Hall. The ceremony was meant to highlight UGA students and organizations that excel at student engagement and positive campus impact.

“The Student Engagement Awards basically just shine a light on all of the students and organization who really put a lot of effort and work into the university community and the students as a whole,” Sara Torbert, an ELS peer leader and one of the emcees for the event, said.
