What is UGAMart?
UGAMart serves as the University’s primary resource for purchasing goods and services.
What can you buy in UGAMart?
You can buy almost anything in UGAmart. It is integrated with thousands of vendors including Amazon for Business, Staples, Home Depot Pro, Lowes Pro Services, Apple, Dell, and more. UGAmart can also be used to issue purchase orders to small or local businesses.
Do I have to use UGAMart?
If your student organization has an account with the Business Office, the following items MUST be purchased through UGAmart:
- Tee-shirts
- Apparel
- Uniforms
- Promotional Items
- Anything with UGA’s logo on it
- Awards
- Equipment (regardless of value)
- Any purchase greater than $2,500
- If a vendor requires a written contract or other commitment
- If you would like to seek a competitive bid for your purchase
How can I make a purchase in UGAMart?
If your student organization would like to make a purchase in UGAmart, please email SABO@uga.edu and we can assist you. Please be prepared to tell us what item or service you would like to purchase and if you have a specific supplier/vendor in mind.
For most vendors, you will need to get a quote or estimate for the items you are purchasing. If you are purchasing from Amazon or Staples, we will need a link to the exact items you wish to purchase.
