Student Organization Deposits

When and where can you make deposits?

The Student Affairs Business Office accepts deposits Monday – Friday 9:00AM-4:00PM. We are located in Suite 126 of Tate Student Center on the first floor near the doors by the stadium. 

Who can make deposits?

Members of student organizations with Agency Accounts or Accounts with Student Activity Fee Allocations can make deposits.

Tips for making a deposit with the Student Affairs Business Office:

• You will need to complete the Deposit Transmittal Form and bring the cash or checks to be deposited.
• Please be sure the name and address is clearly printed or written on the top left corner of all checks.
• If you do not know your Detail Deposit Code or Department ID, please email SABO@uga.edu.
• Please note the Student Affairs Business Office is unable to accept checks that are dated more than 60 days of the date the deposit is being made into the student organization’s account.
