Entry Fee Policy

Who does this policy apply to?

Only organizations that receive Student Activity Fee Funds must adhere to this policy. This does not apply to Agency Accounts.

What is the policy?

If your organization receives Student Activity Fees and is paying for an event or activity that requires individual registration costs or ticket fees, then the Business Office will need to check to ensure that each participant has paid their Student Activity Fees for the semester. Only fees paid students can participate in events that require individual entry costs. Organizations must fill out the Event Participation/Registration Form for all events or activities with individual entry costs.

What events or activities does this apply to?

This applies to all local events or activities paid with Student Activity Fees that require individual entry costs such as conferences, escape rooms, axe throwing, museum entry, movie tickets, etc. Events or activities outside of Athens will require Student Travel documentation.
