Teresa joined the physical therapy staff in 2016. Her areas of interest include spine and pelvic girdle rehab as they relate to optimal core strategy for general health as well as sport performance. She specializes in pelvic health techniques that include external/internal assessment and treatment for bladder, bowel or sexual dysfunction. As she trained through Polestar Pilates and is certified through Pilates Method Alliance, Pilates is integrated into her treatment approach utilizing a Balance Body reformer and other complementary Pilates-specific equipment. Along with her colleagues, she continues to expand upon the integration of nutrition, mental, cardiovascular, and sleep in maximizing musculoskeletal and postural health.
