Now is your chance this summer to paddle alongside the UGA Outdoor Recreation Program and Mad Dawg, a Warnell Graduate student researching the water trail, as we embark on exploration of the Chattahoochee River National Water Trail (CRNWT).     This clinic will help you learn the basics of keeping your bike in working order for commuting around campus or riding on the trail. Learn to fix a flat, adjust your gears and brakes, and more.     Urban Biking: The Path 08.25.18

    Join us for an urban biking adventure on the PATH Trails of the Atlanta area! We will start at Stone Mountain Village and cruise the 4 mile trail to Clarkston, a town full of diverse ethnic people, food, and music. After indulging in the heavy culture and food of the town, we will bike back to our van and head back to Athens. Registration closes Wednesday, August 22nd at 12pm. Register here.

    BollyX Cardio Level 1 Blended Training (Fall 2018)

    Get certified to teach BollyX with a combination of web-based learning followed by an in-person 4-hour practical workshop at a studio. This blended training format allows you to learn all lecture-based material at home to prepare for the written exam at your own pace. In-studio hours are devoted to skills and technique components needed for the practical exam. Register for this training.

    YogaFit LEVEL ONE: Foundations Instructor Training (Fall 2018)

    The first step on the path toward becoming a yoga teacher or simply deepening your practice, Level One provides the tools to create inspiring vinyasa yoga classes grounded in proper alignment and the safety of exercise science.     TRX Functional Training Course

    Participants will learn to how to leverage TRX’s movement based training approach on the TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer to teach Foundational Movements and progressions and then apply to a variety of training equipment. Beyond Suspension Training and Rip Training, these other modalities may include: Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, DVRT Ultimate Sandbags, Battling Ropes and Bands. Register here.
