    Rec Sports Youth Camp 2018

    The Recreational Sports Youth Camp is a full-day summer program with an emphasis on a variety of sports and recreational activities.

    • Session 1: Tuesday, May 29 - Friday, June 1
    • Session 2: Monday, June 4 - Friday, June 8
    • Session 3: Monday, June 11 - Friday, June 15

    Chattahoochee Paddle 06.02.18

    Have you ever wondered what it is like to explore a new frontier…to be immersed in adventure with the sun in your face, paddle in the water, and a river boat aimed at the horizon? Now is your chance this summer to paddle alongside the UGA Outdoor Recreation Program and Mad Dawg, a Warnell Graduate student researching the water trail, as we embark on exploration of the Chattahoochee River National Water Trail (CRNWT).     BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit and fast. Les Mills training is designed to give you the tools and techniques to create life-changing fitness experiences in every class you teach. The training will be held June 2-3 from 9AM-6PM daily.     Whitewater Rafting on the Nantahala River

    Come join us for a day of fun! Located near the edge of the Great Smokey Mountains and Bryson City, NC, the Nantahala offers eight miles of crystal clear water and class I and II rapids, with a class III at the end.     BollyX Cardio Level 1 Blended Training (Fall 2018)

    Get certified to teach BollyX with a combination of web-based learning followed by an in-person 4-hour practical workshop at a studio. This blended training format allows you to learn all lecture-based material at home to prepare for the written exam at your own pace. In-studio hours are devoted to skills and technique components needed for the practical exam. Register for this training.
