Join Health Promotion and Fitness & Wellness for this free two week mini-course that prepares you for better self care. In the two week period, we’ll discuss basic nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and social connection as a means to better health & well-being. You’ll learn how to incorporate habits into your daily life and be challenged to record your progress to ensure you are on your way to lasting behavior change that will truly make a difference!
