Join the Fontaine Center for a peaceful and relaxing yoga session!
Practicing yoga has been shown to alleviate stress and reduce anxiety. Our yoga instructor will guide students of all skill levels through deep breathing, meditation, and fundamental stretching poses for total mind-body relaxation.

FREE for all UGA students!
Drop-in class / Some mats available / Bring UGA Student ID
Instructed by Alice Huff, Registered Yoga Teacher and Licensed Therapist
