February 12 – June 30 Transition planning, new staff meetings and introductions, position searches for Director of Engagement, Leadership, and Service and Director of Student Transitions, Initial organization of division-wide collaboratives (Communications, Digital Engagement, Information Technology, Data, Essential Skills and Experiential Learning, Well-being and Success, etc.)
April 1 Implement organizational updates related to the Office of the VP (reporting lines, position titles, etc.)
July 1 Formal launch of Student Affairs 2025 Strategic Plan. Implement organizational updates related to Engagement, Leadership, and Service and Student Transitions (reporting lines, position titles, department structures, etc.)
