  • Center for Leadership & Service - The Center for Leadership and Service helps students to become responsible campus and community leaders and citizens through leadership education and experiential learning opportunities. Programs include Dawg Camp for incoming first-year students; service opportunities through Volunteer UGA, including IMPACT (formerly known as Alternative Spring Break); the Arch Society; and the UGA LeaderShape® Institute for emerging student leaders.
  • Center for Student Organizations - There are nearly 700 registered student organizations at UGA. The Center for Student Organizations sponsors activities fairs during fall and spring semesters that showcase more than 200 of these organizations each time. Students can join existing organizations or start the process of creating new ones.
  • Graduate Student Association - The Graduate Student Association is an advocacy organization for all graduate and professional students at the University of Georgia. GSA is comprised of representatives from every college, department and program, as well as graduate student organizations, to serve as a formal representative body at the GSA Council meetings for graduate and post-baccalaureate professional students.
  • Greek Life - Social fraternities and sororities are an established tradition at UGA dating back more than 150 years. The 61 national Greek organizations on campus share common founding principles of friendship, scholarship, community service, and leadership development. The governing councils of the Greek organizations are the Interfraternity Council, the Multicultural Greek Council, the National Pan-Hellenic Council and the Panhellenic Council.
  • National Student Exchange - The National Student Exchange allows UGA students to study at one of more than 150 colleges and universities across 48 states and territories, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Students may attend for one semester or a full academic year while paying UGA tuition and fees.
  • Pandora Yearbook - Published annually since 1886, Pandora Yearbook provides a unique and beneficial snapshot of life at UGA. Pandora has been published as a multimedia CD since 2011; this new format offers a dynamic and engaging “living history” of our campus.
  • Student Government Association - The Student Government Association strives to be the representative voice of student concerns, ideas, and insights to the UGA administrators, campus, and community to improve the educational and extracurricular experience offered by the University. Elections for executive offices and senatorial positions are held each spring semester.
  • University Union - The University Union Student Programming Board provides quality entertainment and thought-provoking programming for the University community, ranging from lectures to stand-up comedians to music concerts. Programs are selected and planned by students who serve on six specialized divisions.
  • WUOG 90.5FM - WUOG 90.5FM is one of the nation’s largest college radio stations and is staffed, operated, and funded by students. WUOG provides an alternative to other media outlets by broadcasting programming that is diverse and unique.
