Your UGA Card allows you to access any facility or service that requires you to identify yourself as a UGA student, faculty, or staff member, such as computer labs, libraries and ticket purchases.  Businesses also often offer student discounts, which require that you show a student ID. 

The UGA Card costs $20.  To get a card, please bring payment and a photo ID to the Office of Student Affairs during the hours listed below.  New faculty should bring a signed copy of their “Request for Services” form.  We will gather some required information and then your UGA Card will be made in Athens and either mailed to you or made available for pickup. Please note that students must be accepted and registered for the current semester to be eligible for a UGA Card.

Excluding university holidays, our hours are:

Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 6 pm
Friday: 8 am – 5 pm

Please note that we cannot accept cash.
